All products are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.
We carefully package every item to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

All orders are processed in Euros (€).
Prices displayed include only the product cost — no additional shipping charges, as all orders ship free of charge.
4. Taxes & Customs Duties
All prices exclude VAT or customs duties.

5. Shipping Cost
- Standard Shipping - Tracking Included:
(1) Most countries: Free shipping on all orders.
(2) Specific countries (Norway, Iceland and Cyprus ): Each item requires a €100 shipping fee. No hidden fees or additional shipping charges apply.
6. Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 Weeks (Mon - Fri) after payment confirmation.
After shipping, a tracking number is emailed so you can monitor your package.

8. Order Cut-Off Time

9. Delivery Partners & Tracking
We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
All shipments are fully trackable, and a tracking link is provided via email.
10. Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@fimull.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
After shipment, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
11. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

12. Parcel Damage or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the damage or missing items.
We will work with the carrier to replace or refund the affected items.
13. Incorrect or Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, the parcel may be returned to us.
Reshipment will be possible once the customer covers any additional shipping costs.
14. Partial Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items ship from different warehouses.
Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
15. Delivery Confirmation
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier are considered successfully delivered.
